Danica's name means Morning Star, what a beautiful name. She was so sweet during our shoot and even opened
her eyes for some photos because her Daddy wanted some open eye pics ♥

Allegra's parents got married in Italy {How Awesome!!} So they decided when they found out they were having a little girl
that they didn't want to go with a traditional English or Afrikaans name... so they decided to look for an Italian name ♥
And they found an incredibly beautiful one.

Allegra was 5 weeks old when we did her shoot, and normally babies that are over 10 days old are a lot
more awake during their shoots. But Allegra is such a calm and relaxed little angel, she played along
so well while her mommy and I chatted and did her photoshoot.

I absolutely fell in love with Tanya and Donald's home when I met up with them there to do Tanya's maternity photos.
Such gorgeous lighting throughout the whole house -> a Photographers dream ♥

So put together a gorgeous setting, a stunning Mum-2-B and you get a very very Happy Tanya (me that is ;)) hehehe

Meet little Danica here are her newborn pics ♥

 

This is my second year doing Lynne's family photos, I really enjoy her shoots coz her little ones are not only cute
but give me a run for my money hehehe Which is nice to have, to keep me on my toes. Her little ones are 
indredibly gorgeous so I always enjoy the pics I get of them.

This year Lynne brought along her 2 nieces for the shoot as well. We met up at the James and Ethal Grey Park 
in Johannesburg. The venue fitted with their outfit choices so well to give a beautiful classic but also fun  look.

Annemarie and her family had never had a family photoshoot done before. There are some people who don't think it is
important to actively document your family, but when they realise how important it is, it is often to late.

Remember that making memories is important coz one day you can't anymore.

Annemarie I am so happy you decided to priorotise your families memories and I'm sure your beautiful boys will 
treasure these images forever!

 

A few months ago I was driving to a client in Sandton, I drove down this really cute road with awesome
paintings and images on the walls. I really wanted to use this location in a couple photoshoot.

After trying to arrange with some people to do the shoot, things just didn't work. So I decided to try again
another time. As spring approached I mentioned on Facebook that I was looking for a couple to do a
project shoot with me. 

Enter Andre and Carol, recently engaged and needing some engagement pics, Andre is also a photographer
We had a great time, especially with their handsome little Gus who really loves the camera ♥

Sandi runs a gorgeous little shop in Duncan Yard called Tegan & Me

Sandi arranged for us to do a shoot with her children in Duncan Yard, which was Amazing!!!
I've wanted to shoot there ever since I first saw it. What a beautiful tressure situated in Hatfield.

Sadly only Sandi's eldest 2 kids could make the shoot. But we had a blast anyway.

Dean who was on holiday from Dubai and Tegan were so much fun teasing each other while we wondered around the Yard
