Portrait Party Booking Form

Complete this Form to book your Portrait Party photo slot.

What you get:

• 20 minute photoshoot at designated park.
• Online Gallery to view your pictures {for 2 weeks}
• Choice of 15 Digital images from your gallery on disc,
• From which you can choose: 5 Jumbo Prints or 2 A5 Prints

Once I have received your booking form I will email you with available slots and banking details for you to make payment.

By Submitting this Form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.:

  • You agree that images taken during your photoshoot can be used for promotional purposes, specials, portfolios, flyers, business cards, online portfolios, Facebook, blogs etc. TRPhoto retains copyright of all images taken.
  • If images are used in an online or printed form, it is requested that trphoto.co.za is used to credit the images.
  • Full payment is required to secure your Portrait Party slot. Your photo slot can only be booked once payment has been recieved.
  • You will receive an online gallery 3 weeks after the shoot, where you can choose your 15 images, with the option to purchase more.
  • My reputation is attached to the images that I deliver so I kindly request that no editing is done to any of the images.
  • The time schedule is strict as I need to fit in everyone. Please be on time for your shoot. If you are late you forfit the time you have lost.
